Unlimited Access

Your membership allows you unlimited access to our facilities during the general operating hours of Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm. You are not limited to the number of times per day, week or month you may attend.

State of the Art Cardiovascular Equipment

Today’s most modern equipment including treadmills, tread climbers, elliptical cross trainers, recumbent and upright exercise bikes, steppers and rowing machines. We also feature VIRTUAL REALITY bikes called Expresso Bikes. Challenge yourself against a friend or your own personal best with over 30 different onscreen race environments.

Cardio Theatre

In our effort to make the fitness journey as enjoyable as the destination itself, our cardiovascular center comes complete with Cardio Theatre television entertainment. Four large screen televisions mounted at the front of the cardiovascular center along with individual television screens attached to most of our cardiovascular machines makes for a more entertaining and enjoyable cardio work out.

Circuit Weight Training

Our 12 station circuit provides you with a full-body workout in just 20 minutes. Super Circuit Classes also available with membership. Super Circuit combines a cardiovascular component to the full-body resistance training work out of standard circuit training. Ask staff for details.

Free Weights and Functional Fitness Equipment

From free weights to cable equipment to The BOSU, Body Fit will provide you with all the tools you will need make your fitness experience dynamic and successful.

Fit Trac Fitness Instruction

At BodyFit we promise to provide you with instruction to use our equipment properly and safely. Each member receives an initial one hour orientation with one of our Fitness Instructors. Fit Checks – fitness follow up. With your permission our Fitness Instructors will follow up with you on a regular basis to ensure you are on the right track and to answer any general fitness questions.

Group Exercise Classes

A variety of group exercise classes may be available at certain locations. Classes may include circuit weight training, pilates mat, core conditioning classes and others. Ask staff for details and schedule.

Super Circuit Class

Put the calorie burning affects of your cardio and the muscle toning of our Nautilus Circuit training equipment and what do you get? You get the BodyFit Super Circuit Class. This great class is available to all members at any fitness level and will combine the fun of group exercise with the individuality of a muscle toning program.

Change Room and Locker Facilities

Change rooms are available to our members and guests with amenities such as lockers, individual showers and toilet facilities. Our change rooms also include infrared saunas for soothing relaxation.

Child Care Services

At BodyFit we promise to provide our members with a safe playing environment for their children (ages 6mos to 12 years) during their club visit, making fitness convenient for parents! Ask staff for details on cost and schedule.

Spa Facilities

Aside from the infrared saunas which are included with club membership, members have access to our BodyFit Spa facilities which include Aqua Massage and Tanning.

Guest Privileges

As a BodyFit member you are entitled to complimentary passes to introduce your friends and relatives to the club. Guest passes are available for first-time visitors only, must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of your town/city and immediate surrounding area. Guest passes are available to your guests by appointment only. Please call your membership coordinator to arrange an appointment. BodyFit members may bring in a guest during general operating hours without restriction to the number of visits for a reduced daily drop-in fee (guest fee). Please ask front desk staff for further details.
